 | | Mike McElhinney - Advertising Manager Born a West Coaster, Mike was raised in Invercargill, where he started as a producer for Radio New Zealand, going on to work in Dunedin, Christchurch, Greymouth and New Plymouth, before ending up in Wellington as the National Commercial Programme Director. He moved into the private sector with Radio Hauraki in Auckland before shifting to Nelson to become Sales Manager for Fifeshire FM. He then founded Mackadee Furniture, which became one of the South Island’s largest furniture importers, retailing from Invercargill to Palmerston North. Mike was later involved in establishing another private radio station, Planet FM in Nelson. He was then headhunted by The Radio Network to turn around its Nelson operation as General Manager. Mike restructured the business, closing Planet FM and introducing ZM, Hauraki and Coast FM into the market. His role grew to include managing Marlborough and the West Coast. At Radio Network Mike won numerous awards: General Manager of the Year, Biggest Growth in Performance over Budget, in 2010; Biggest Growth in Audience Share. For the past three years he’s been President of the Nelson Jazz Club. |

 | | Raylene Wadsworth - Marlborough Advertising Executive Raylene is a West Coaster (Ikamatua) who moved to Marlborough 24 years ago and married a local boy Phil. She has been in sales roles before in Blenheim but for the past few years has been an office administrator. She played hockey for many years until having two gorgeous daughters and then changed to squash which is supposedly less dangerous. Raylene spends most of the winter running around after the girls at their sports. Raylene loves meeting new people, getting dressed up and going to events but also likes to shoot the occasional rabbit. She enjoys summer camping with family and friends and relaxing in the sun with a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc. “I’m excited about joining the fantastic team at WildTomato and increasing the input on the Blenheim side of the hill." |
 | | Rachel Williams - Wellington Advertising Executive Rachel Williams is FishHead’s new advertising executive. An American with 15 years’ advertising experience in three continents, she moved to Wellington four years ago with her earthquake scientist husband, two boys and their poodle-terrier cross, Pebbles. In the past, Williams has been an unfunny stand-up comedian in San Francisco, adopted a cat to Neil Young and lived in Guatemala – although she can only remember one phrase in Spanish, Mas cerveza por favor. Away from FishHead, her goal is to dine in every restaurant in Wellington. |
